At present, Bank Mandiri is 60% owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and 40% remaining shares by investor and public shareholders. At the end of December 2016, Bank Mandiri conducted business operations in all parts of Indonesia under the management of 139 branch offices, 11 direct-subsidiaries, 1,117 sub-branch offices, 189 cash-service offices, 17,461 ATMs and 7 overseas offices.

Officer Development Program

Requirements

• Education background in undergraduate degree/S1 or post graduate degree/S2 from relevant fields of studies (local/international).
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S1) or 3.20 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S2).
• Maximum age for selection: not exceed 25 years of age for S1 and 28 for S2.
• Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Unmarried.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Recruitment process (e.g. interview, medical test) will be held at Banda Aceh, Medan, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Makassar and Manado.
