PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina - PT ICA is new established company in Indonesia running business in the field of processing of chemical grade alumina (CGA). PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina is a multinational jointly controlled entity between state-owned mining firm PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk and Japan Showa Denko K.K. (SDK), with shares of 80 percent and 20 percent, respectively. PT ICA was formed in 2007 and is recognized as the first CGA producer in the region of South East Asia. The Company's plant is situated at Tayan Sanggau Regency of West Kalimantan and its plant will process bauxite ore into CGA. According to PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2013 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, the construction process of CGA plants was started in first quarter of 2011 and expected to be operated commercially in the early of second quarter of 2014. The CGA Tayan plant of PT ICA is expected to produce 300,000 tons of chemical grade alumina per year.

Remuneration & Organization Development Superintendent (RODS)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) any major with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable university.
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Have an understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation, job analysis, as well as experienced in the field of remuneration and / or staff development organization for at least 5 years.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Have a good presentation and computer skills, minimum Microsoft Office.
• Patriotic, willing to sacrifice, and able to work under pressure and target.
• Willing to be assigned at site Tayan, Senggau West Kalimantan.
