In term of financial performance, PT KAI (Persero) succeeded to chalk up a revenue figure of Rp 14,463.33 billion. This number is grew 3.76% Year-on-Year (YOY) from Rp 13,938.90 billion in 2015. In 2016, Profit for the year achieved Rp 1,028.81 billion. - Age on 1 April 2018
- D3 : minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 27 years old.
- S1 : minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
- Well behaved.
- Not involved in drugs or psychotropic substances.
- Not tattooed for Male and Female, and not pierced for Male.
- Never been sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that has been of permanent legal force.
- Never dismissed in a subsidiary or other institution due to disciplinary punishment.
- Willing to be placed in all working areas of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
- Willing to resign from working relationship with other institution is passed the selection.
- Passed in the selection process organized by the recruitment committee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in 2018.
