Semen Indonesia Group is recognized as the largest cement producers in Indonesia with total installed production capacity of 31.8 million tons per year. Semen Indonesia Group has a dominating market share of 41.7% in terms of domestic cement in Indonesia. Semen Indonesia Group is majority owned by the Indonesian government. As of December 2016, Semen Indonesia Group is 51.01% owned by the Indonesian government and 48.99% by general public and investors.

General Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Minimum GPA 3.00 from 4.00 scale.
• Maximum age of 27 years old (per 31 December 2017).
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Not color blind for the no 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 16 and 20.
• Well behaved, never involved in crime and drug abuse.
• Willing to be placed in all business entities and operational areas of Semen Indonesia Group.
