karirdepnaker.com - The morning spirit of Indonesia, job vacancy information comes from one of the state-owned companies engaged in the financial infrastructure, namely:Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund / IIGF (PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia) as Infrastructure Guarantee Business Entity (BUPI) established by the Government of Indonesia on December 30, 2009, is one of the instrument of Government to accelerate the provision of infrastructure through Public Private Patnership (PPP) scheme. IIGF guarantee is intended to increase the certainty in achieving financial close through improved creditworthiness and bankability of PPP projects. Infrastructure guarantee as a form of fiscal support from the MoF is intended to give certainty to private sectors related to financial obligations of CA in PPP agreement.
In carrying out its mandate, IIGF acts within the framework of the Single Window Policy to uphold accountability, transparency and consistency in the guarantee provision and claim processing to increase the confidence of investors to participate in infrastructure projects in Indonesia, while also maintaining the interest of government, mainly in relation to its contingency obligations which may arise as a result of Government-provided guarantee.

• Possess Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering / Management / Finance
• Have minimum 3 years working experience in infrastructure sector
• Have experience in carry out capacity building
• Have a deep understanding of research approach and methodology
• Have good communication skills

Head of Risk and Compliance - Jakarta

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's / Doctoral degree in Financial Management / Economics / Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years working experience in Finance or Infrastructure fields
• Have experience and deep understanding in the fields of Risk Management, Compliance, Project Finance and Public Private Partnership (PPP)
• Understand the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles
• Have good communication skills and stakeholder management
