Requirements

• Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Psychology with GPA min. 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Competent in recruitment and selection process (sourcing strategy, recruitment tools, behavioral interview, etc.
• Familiar with various recruitment and assessment tools.
• Hands-on experience in conduct psychological test, scoring and psychological report.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative skill.
• Strong computer skill (especially Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Placement Jakarta.
