Account Officer Development Program (AODP)

Requirements

• Male or Female.
• Minimum University Degree (S1).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for (for S1) and 3.25 (for 
• S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Female) and 170 cm (Male), weight proportional.
• Maximum age of 25 years old for S1; and 27 years old for S2.
• Graduated from a leading university (minimum accredited B), majoring in any disciplines, except; Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Art / Culture, Education / Pedagogy and Religious.
• Not married and willing not to get married during the training and bond period.
• The candidate with prior experience minimum of 1 year in banking industry is preferred, especially in the business position (AO / RO / ARM / Credit Risk).
• Willing to be stationed in all the working area of Bank BJB.

Junior Dealer Treasury

Requirements

• Male or Female.
• Minimum University Degree (S1).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for (for S1) and 3.25 (for S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Maximum age of 25 years old for S1; and 27 years old for S2.
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Female) and 170 cm (Male), weight proportional.
• Graduated from a leading university (minimum accredited B), majoring in Economic Development Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, Law and Accounting.
• Not married and willing not to get married during the training and bond period.
• Placement at Bandung and Jakarta.

General Requirements

1. Not have family relationship with an employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
2. Neat and attractive.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational capabilities.
4. Healthy physically and spiritually and free from the influence of narcotics and other addictive substances.
5. Demonstrated good integrity, disciplined and committed.
6. Willing to be placed throughout a network of offices working area Bank BJB.
