Management Trainee Operation Control Center (MT-OCC) :

• OCC or Stand for Operation Control Center is a unit under Operational Directorate which has primary mission to monitor anticipate, manage and minimize impact on performance, service and cost. OCC also actively manage impact unplanned changes to schedule, provide maximum quality service to passengers and provide most cost effective plan to the published schedule. 
• Prior working on OCC, selected candidate will be having a training to make him ready to take up the challenges

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Single
• Bachelor’s Degree from State University
• Maximum of Age 25 years old (on 2017)
• Minimum of GPA 3.00, scale of 4.00
• Any major are welcomed to apply, but more preferable from Economics, Statistics, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, and Business Studies
• Having good communication skills in English both oral and written
• Willing to work on shift and assigned to unit and / or branch office in accordance with company requirement.
