The Agency is Public service agency (BLU) under the Directorate General of State Assets of The Ministry of Finance (DJKN Kemenkeu). LMAN was established on 16 December 2015 and its operation started on June 2016. The legal basis for the establishment of LMAN is Presidential Decree 102 of 2016 concerning Funding of Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest in the Framework of Implementation of National Strategic Project, and PMK 219/PMK.01/2015 on Organization and Working Procedure of State Asset Management Agency.

Fungsional Umum

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from any field.
• Maximum age of 28 years old (as of 1 July 2017).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Demonstrated good command in English is preferred (as evidenced by the English certificate).

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Accounting, Architecture, Law, Management, Psychology, Informatics Engineering and Civil Engineering.
• Maximum age of 32 years old (as of 1 July 2017).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Demonstrated good command in English is preferred with the following conditions:
• TOEFL: minimum score of 450.
• IELTS: minimum score of 4.5.

Pengadministrasi Umum

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Accounting, Architecture, Law, Management, Psychology, Informatics Engineering and Civil Engineering.
• Maximum age of 32 years old (as of 1 July 2017).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Demonstrated good command in English is preferred with the following conditions:
• TOEFL: minimum score of 450.
• IELTS: minimum score of 4.5.

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizens;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Have completed the study period according to the required level of education by attaching a diploma;
• Have National Identity Card (KTP);
• Willing to work with a specific time agreement system;
• Not undergoing obligatory work / obligation bonds with any company / institution, or willing to release obligatory work / obligation bonds if accepted at LMAN;
• Never dismissed in disrespect as an employee of any company / institution;
• Never and / or are not in court or involved in legal proceedings.
