PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina - PT ICA is a reputable business entity in Indonesia engaged in chemical grade alumina business. The Company is based in Tayan, Sanggau Regency of West Kalimantan and is a member of state-owned mining company PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk or ANTAM. By the end of December 2013, PT ICA is 80% onwed by ANTAM and othe 20% remaining shares was owned by Showa Denko K.K. (SDK) of Japan. PT ICA is recognized as the first Chemical Grade Alumina plant in the region of South East Asia. PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina was founded in 2007 and construction of CGA Tayan project commenced first quarter of 2011. The CGA Tayan plant was scheduled for completion in December 2013. HR Superintendent Tayan (HRST)Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) any major from reputable university with minimum GOA 2.75
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Have an understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of HR
- Have a good communication skills in Japanese, Bahasa or English
- Honest, hard workers and responsible for the job
- Have a good skills in Computer (minimum MS Office) and presentation
- Patriotic, and able to work under pressure and target
- Willing to be placed in site Tayan, Senggau West Kalimantan
SAP-Business User Champion Tayan (BUCT)Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Understanding / Mastering module : (FICO, SAP), (MM, SD SAP), (PM, PS, QM SAP) or (HR SAP)
- At least 2 years experience in the field of SAP/ERP
- Have a good communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Honest, hard workers and responsible for the job
- Have a good skills in Computer (minimum MS Office) and presentation
- Patriotic, and able to work under pressure and target
- Willing to be placed in site Tayan, Senggau West Kalimantan
